Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution for the Build plan for North America from Bellevue, WA. You will influence senior leaders, work with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers to architect forecast workflows and viewing capabilities.

You will drive planning calendars, maintain strategic review mechanisms, and ensure alignment across teams to define the future US fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional planning and strategy workstreams affecting long-term capacity and build.
• Regularly present to VP and SVP level leaders.
• Prioritize operational excellence with roadmap feature delivery.
• Show strong business acumen with strategic, analytical thinking.
• Drive organizational alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
