Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA seeks a Principal Program Manager to own the strategic vision and multi-year Build plan for North America. You will influence senior leaders and drive forecasting initiatives across scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers.

You will architect the customer interaction experience and forecast intervention workflows while partnering with LTPF to align with long-term capacity strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional program management experience.
• 7+ years managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional planning and strategy workstreams.
• Regularly present to VP and SVP level leaders.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Own the multi-year roadmap for customer engagement and forecasting outputs.
