Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple programs across development, production, and sustainment. You will balance customer commitments with technical and financial priorities in an onsite role in Simpsonville, SC.

You will guide program budgets, schedules, and performance, serve as the primary customer interface, and coordinate IPTs across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Program management or leadership experience, including leading development, production, and/or sustainment programs.
• Experience managing program cost, schedule, and technical performance using established PM tools and processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs through full lifecycle including development, production, and sustainment.
• Own program execution and financial performance, including budgets and schedules.
• Lead IPTs across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, and Quality.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage requirements and action items.
• Establish and monitor plans, milestones, and metrics; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources to meet cost, schedule, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present program performance updates and recovery plans to customers and leadership.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and budgeting/financial considerations.
• Provide guidance to team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Support domestic travel as needed.
