Gibraltar seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch, aligning product, engineering, and operations to strategic priorities. You will drive risk mitigation, track financial targets, and deliver executive-ready insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of PM experience, with PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Strong analytics and dashboard-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross‑functional programs from definition through execution and launch.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet timelines, scope, and financial targets.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs—and own mitigation plans.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to define program priorities and sequencing.
• Ensure resources are aligned to the highest‑value initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate portfolio tradeoffs based on business impact.
• Design, build, and maintain a program health dashboard that tracks milestones, risks, and KPI/ROI.
