Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products is a leading North American building products manufacturer seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and operations.

You will translate data into executive insights, manage risks, and drive alignment with senior leadership while maintaining dashboards and reporting cadence. Travel up to 25% and PMP/Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, electronics, or other production environments.
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through execution and launch.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet timelines, scope, and financial targets.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs—own mitigation plans.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to define program priorities and sequencing.
• Ensure resources are aligned to the highest-value initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate portfolio tradeoffs based on business impact.
• Translate complex program data into clear executive insights and actions, not just status updates.
