Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end development and commercialization of products across multiple sites. You will drive Stage-Gate governance, coordinate engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams, and manage budgets, risks, and schedules.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, portfolio visibility, and delivering products from concept to launch in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in program or project management in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, or related environments.
• PM certification such as PMP preferred; Lean, Six Sigma, Stage-Gate valued.
• Agile or Scrum experience may be helpful but not primary.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs from definition through execution and launch for sourced and manufactured goods.
• Use Stage-Gate / phase-gate methods with clear scope, gates, budget, and cross-functional accountability.
• Drive on-time delivery, cost targets, quality, and manufacturing readiness across teams.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans related to suppliers, tooling, materials, and capacity.
• Coordinate product development and commercialization across engineering, sourcing, operations, and QA.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for portfolio status and executive decision-making.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
