Gibraltar Building Products seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch, focusing on new product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of sourced and manufactured goods.

You will drive Stage-Gate processes, align resources, manage risks, and partner with engineering, product management, sourcing, operations, quality, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget product introductions and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in manufacturing or product development.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate, waterfall, or structured product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of cross-functional programs from definition through launch.
• Develop and maintain Stage-Gate governance, charters, and schedules.
• Align resources, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation.
• Communicate status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
