Job summary

Evolver is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to provide overall management and oversight of IT and cybersecurity initiatives, interfacing with the CIO, AO, and CS directorates. The role requires applying industry standards and proven methodologies to document requirements and track activities for continuous monitoring and evaluation.

The PM will ensure high quality and efficient performance of the team, assist DC3 with financial and business processes, and operate in a high-intensity

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance or TS/SCI eligibility.
• PMP certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing a large, high-intensity project with 100+ team members.
• 5+ years overseeing manpower requirements for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• 5+ years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts.
