Job summary

Evolver, LLC is a leading IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation provider for national defense and federal civilian agencies. The PM shall provide overall management and oversight of activities supporting the IT organization, CIO, AO, and CS directorates, using industry-best standards to track requirements and ensure tasks are completed.

The PM will ensure quality and efficiency of team performance and assist DC3 with financial and business processes in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years managing large, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with manpower planning and labor category management.
• Experience monitoring contracts for financial and performance metrics.

Summary

• The PM shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed to support the Information Technology (XT), the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Authorizing Official (AO), and the Cybersecurity (CS) directorates, and The PM shall facilitate communications, use industry‑best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ensure all tasks are accomplished.
• The PM shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance of the team and shall assist DC3 with financial and business processes.

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS‑SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 5 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, with over 100 team members and a complex mission.
• 5 years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
• 5 years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret - SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 8 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, with over 100 team members and a complex mission.
• 8 years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
• 8 years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts
