Evolver is a technology solutions provider supporting national defense, federal civilian agencies, and Fortune 500 organizations. We seek an IT leader to drive cybersecurity, risk management, and strategic IT planning across complex programs and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes implementing NIST/ISO 27001/CMMC frameworks, overseeing audits, and ensuring security-first operations while coordinating with senior stakeholders and external vendors. Active TS clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT leadership with accountability for IT management functions.
• Experience implementing risk-based cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with NIST, ISO 27001 or CMMC frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-team projects and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT security and transformation initiatives for national defense and federal clients.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits to validate controls.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and prioritize resources.
• Lead crisis response during major security incidents.
