Job summary

Evolver is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large IT and cybersecurity program for national defense and federal agencies. You will oversee activities across CIO, AO, and CS directorates, ensuring requirements are tracked for continuous monitoring and evaluation.

You will drive quality and efficiency, assist with financial and business processes, and ensure timely completion of tasks in a high‑intensity environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship required.
• PMP certification required.
• 5+ years managing a large, high‑intensity project.
• Experience sizing manpower for complex projects.
• 5+ years monitoring contracts financially and for performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of IT and cybersecurity program activities for DoD/DoW leadership and associated directorates.
• Facilitate communications, and document requirements to enable continuous monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure tasks are completed with quality and efficiency, supporting financial and business processes.

Summary

• The PM shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed to support the Information Technology (XT), the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Authorizing Official (AO), and the Cybersecurity (CS) directorates. and The PM shall facilitate communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ensure all tasks are accomplished.
• The PM shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance of the team and shall assist DoD/DoW client with financial and business processes.

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification.
• 5 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, with over 100 team members and a complex mission.
• 5 years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
• 5 years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• US Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• 8 years of experience managing a project within a high intensity environment, with over 100 team members and a complex mission.
• 8 years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
• 8 years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts
