Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 10+ years of program management experience in commercial aerospace.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Own program P&L and overall performance for a medium to large program.
• Lead a matrixed IPT and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain program IMS, schedule and budget, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure change control and scope management per internal processes.
• Report progress to customer and governance reviews; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop assigned project managers and IPT leaders.
