Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Program Manager II to lead a program or IPT with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance valued under $100M. You will develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and execution strategies while collaborating with engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.

The role requires strong program management capabilities, experience with EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS, and the ability to mentor junior managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's with 6+ years experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Certifications: Senior-level project management certifications preferred (e.g., PfMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a program or IPT with cost, schedule, and technical responsibility.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; prepare reports.
• Mentor junior managers and lead complex program strategies.
