Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, seeks a Program Manager to lead new and existing programs through design, development and qualification through full-rate production. You will train IPT leaders, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining schedules and costs.

The role emphasizes PDP adherence, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Formal training in Program Management (Phase Gate, QFD, LEAN, Six Sigma) is desirable.
• Aerospace experience supplying to primes and tier 1 is highly desirable.
• Experience with metal fabrication and related processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts is beneficial.
• Customer focus with cost and schedule discipline.

Responsibilities

• Launch and execute new programs meeting cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Lead IPTs and provide input from program management plan across all phases.
• Maintain program plans and ensure progress with EVMS and change control.
• Collaborate with CFO to develop budgets and track performance.
• Mentor leaders on phase gate processes and customer interfacing.
