Safran is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Project Manager to lead avionics LRUs development, manage schedules, milestones, risks, and release readiness across hardware, software, and prototype builds.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality; drive cross-functional execution, supplier management, and effective communication to protect critical path dates and product quality. This role requires deep hardware expertise and strong leadership for demanding projects.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
6+ years in hardware or technical project management.
Experience leading complex hardware/software programs including prototype builds.
Strong technical understanding of hardware systems and product release.

Mansioni

Define project plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies with multi-disciplinary teams.
Own schedules, blockers, defects, and action items for hardware programs.
Lead readiness reviews and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate corrective actions with engineering, software, quality and test teams.
Manage prototype builds, hardware availability, and supplier coordination.
Define SOWs and negotiate terms with suppliers.
Support risk management and decision-making across programs.
