Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in the United States seeks a senior program leader to own and drive large aerospace programs. You will oversee technical, cost, schedule, and delivery performance while interfacing with customers and leading cross-functional IPTs to ensure program success.

The role requires extensive aerospace program leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage risk, planning, and governance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related discipline.
• 10+ years aerospace experience and 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide business leadership for a stand-alone program or major element.
• Oversee technical, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead profit and loss, strategic planning, customer relationships, scheduling, cost, and governance.
• Provide technical and business leadership across the organization, including IPT oversight.
• Apply company processes and resources to plan, commit, and control program execution.
• Ensure disciplined change control and responsive management of customer requests.
