Job summary

Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, seeks a Program Manager to lead and improve programs through leadership, process improvement and outstanding customer relations. This role trains IPT leaders in program management while guiding execution across PDP and phase gates to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.

The successful candidate will coordinate design, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers, manage risks and maintain proactive customer communication, with 5+ years in program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration (Finance/Marketing). MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with progressive responsibility leading to Program Manager.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts knowledge; aerospace experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve new and existing programs through leadership, process improvement and customer relations.
• Lead IPT Leaders and train them in phase gate processes with transparent progress tracking.
• Ensure programs meet budget, schedule and technical goals across PDP and design, development, and qualification phases.
• Maintain strong customer relations, define scope, provide accurate proposals, and support negotiations.
