Job summary

Dcode Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead day-to-day engagements with government clients, drive modernization for a defense sector executive client, and deliver rapid, measurable mission outcomes.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions. Ideal candidates have TS-SCI with polygraph preference, knowledge of C3 modernization, and experience in rapid acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant professional experience leading government-facing programs or workstreams.
• Experience supporting DoW or federal clients in deployment, modernization, or program management.
• Ability to lead projects and deliver measurable outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Experience advising stakeholders and influencing decisions at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of program management with exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level briefings and decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.

• Lead programs delivering measurable mission outcomes in high-tempo environments.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, operating models, workflows and metrics.
• Apply Agile/Scrum to deliver iterative, sprint-based work.
• Ensure teams focus on outcomes, speed, and ROI.
• Coordinate with Dcode leadership and technical contributors to align priorities and timelines.
• Provide approaches across policy, acquisition, finance, and organizational design to improve government agility.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and development practices to inform client strategy.
