Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large construction and renovation projects at our Florida facilities. You will oversee cost, schedule, and quality, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities to deliver safe, compliant facilities that enable manufacturing and testing capabilities.

You will manage a small team, drive budgets, develop estimates, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating changing

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities construction projects valued over $80M.
• Minimum 10+ years in project management roles.
• Experience dealing with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Ability to generate planning/budgeting estimates using RS Means or similar.
• Experience with contract proposals, change orders, and price analysis.
• Ability to read building codes (IBC/NFPA) for new construction and renovations.
• Develop cashflow forecasts and provide monthly updates.
• Experience with contract types and the design-build lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of project managers.
• Hands-on management of a large construction portfolio.
• Manage facility projects supporting manufacturing and test needs.
• Communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and agencies on progress.
• Build annual CAPEX budget and ensure it is executable.
• Support project estimates in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure Florida operations deliver on time and within budget.
