Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Program Manager of Individual Supports in Massachusetts to oversee daily operations of In-Home or Community Supports programs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, and manage ISP documentation and care plans to support individuals served.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years working with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, plus three years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities and psychiatric disabilities.
• Three years supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure standards and compliance with agency requirements.
• Ensure quality of care including ISP documentation and DDS compliance.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and per diem/relief staffing.
• Assist program participants with medical and clinical appointments.
• Provide leadership to staff and foster a positive team environment.
• Promote professional growth through coaching and training.
• Monitor budgets and financial reporting for the program.
• Build relationships with funding sources and community partners.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Maintain core training certifications.
• Knowledgeable in Addiction, Trauma-Informed Care, and Medication Management.
