Job summary

E2 Optics seeks a Strategic Accounts Program Manager to lead critical hyperscale data center programs nationwide. You will own relationships, define program requirements, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects from start to finish.

The role requires 10+ years in construction/telecommunications with data center experience, PMP and OSHA credentials, and a strong ability to quote complex cabling and facility designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration or Construction is preferred.
• 7-10 years' telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience.
• 10+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience with strong background in multiple facets of technology.
• PMP certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Reading and quoting all aspects of structured cabling systems and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the relationship with a strategic hyperscale data center client.
• Lead national program projects impacting critical infrastructure across the client portfolio.
• Drive program requirements, lifecycle management, and profitability while coordinating with internal teams.
