Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Data Center Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end data center programs for hyperscale and enterprise clients. You will lead engineering, project management, field services, and supply chain to deliver on schedule, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.

You will mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, develop program roadmaps, and own profitability and risk management while expanding services within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; engineering/IT/business/PM preferred
• PMP required; PgMP or equivalent preferred
• 10–12 years total work experience; 8–10 years PM; 4–5 years program mgmt
• Proven experience managing three programs valued at $100M+ each
• Experience leading matrixed teams across geographies
• Deep expertise in data center operations and large-scale deployments
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence

Responsibilities

• Executes data center planning, deployment, and operations per standards
• Leads end-to-end delivery of hyperscale or large-scale programs
• Develops multi-year program roadmaps aligned with client growth
• Oversees project managers, field teams, and support staff
• Establishes governance structures and stakeholder management
• Acts as executive contact for clients; manages scope/schedule/risk
• Drives service expansion within existing accounts
• Creates/approves program plans including WBS/OBS, costs, and risk plans
• Oversees Day 2 operations across multiple data centers
• Owns P&L; manages forecasts, margin, and financial reporting
• Mentors delivery staff; champions continuous improvement
