Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager within the Digital Technology PMO to lead prime programs and align strategic units under one governance model. The role partners with RTX/DT leaders and functional partners, with a hybrid work model and multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio with scope, risk, financial reporting, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• Manage program financials by working with controllers, analysts and leads; analyze data to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules and milestone commitments.
• Lead teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Develop and lead stakeholder communications for programs and updates.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and teams to deliver complex systems and services.
