Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Digital Technology Program Management Office in a hybrid role. You will oversee Prime programs, align multiple units under a governance model, and partner with RTX stakeholders across Digital Technology.

You will drive project execution, manage budgets, develop integrated schedules, and lead risk and communications. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing MS Project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio with governance and stakeholder communications.
• Manage program financials with controllers and financial analysts to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead teams to develop stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate across customers, stakeholders and teams to deliver complex systems.
