Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Prime Program within the Digital Technology portfolio. The role partners with RTX DT Leaders and enterprise services to align governance across multiple sites, including Windsor Locks, CT, and other listed locations.

You will drive portfolio execution, manage program finances, develop integrated schedules, and lead risk mitigation and stakeholder communications, traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio, managing scope, risk, and opportunities.
• Oversee program financials with controllers and financial analysts to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and effective stakeholder communications.
