Amazon's Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own HR business operations for Principal Engineering Recruiting. You will drive long-term planning, operating rhythm, business reviews, and KPI alignment, coordinating with HR leadership, finance, and TA partners.

You will implement continuous improvement, leverage GenAI for insights, and manage complex programs across teams with senior leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience making data driven business decisions.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• 5+ years in HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Improve and simplify standardized mechanisms for PE Recruiting business operations and internal communications.
• Lead the annual process for resource and strategic planning, and support goals reporting.
• Design and implement change management strategies with clear communication plans.
• Build and maintain a metrics framework to measure impact of operations deliverables.
• Develop strategic messaging and create internal communications using Office and GenAI tools.
