Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive program execution for Global Engineering Strategy. You will coordinate design due diligence, site master planning, and deployment plans while aligning regional teams and leadership reviews.

You will own KPI tracking, runbooks, and tooling for design projects, and report on delivery risks and capacity. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Own the GES program cadence: MBRs, quarterly reviews, goal tracking, and leadership reporting.
Drive programmatic oversight and reporting of design intercepts and new template deployment.
Maintain the single source of truth for design project delivery status across regions.
Develop and maintain tooling and databases for design attribute tracking.
Facilitate execution of design project strategy approvals and changes.
Maintain design strategy pipeline and report on KPIs including efficiency, schedule, and resources.
