You will operate with independence, thrive in ambiguity, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise the bar on leadership hiring across the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive-level recruiting experience.
• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute recruiting strategies for highly critical leadership roles.
• Build and leverage a broad network to engage passive candidates.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation and hiring decisions.
• Analyze talent data to improve recruiting processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
