Job summary

Amazon's Recruiting Technology Integration (RTI) team seeks a Senior Program Manager to define and drive delivery of recruitment features at scale, partnering with business customers and technical teams to translate needs into measurable solutions.

You will plan and execute multiple Talent Acquisition features, influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes such as CX, adoption, and ROI in a dynamic environment while balancing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Voice of the Customer, articulating needs into clear business use cases and ROI.
• Follow program management best-practices and conduct customer research/user studies.
• Identify use cases and clarify how they differ from existing solutions; provide market insights.
• Refine business use cases to support prioritization decisions and ROI.
• Ensure usability studies include diverse customer sets and perspectives.
