Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the HOMES and HEEHR programs in Ohio. You will manage contract deliverables, contractor networks, and client communications to ensure timely, on-budget performance.

The role emphasizes governance, compliance with DOE terms and 2 CFR 200, and collaboration with State Energy Office staff to meet performance targets and renewal opportunities. Travel to state offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience with federally funded programs (2 CFR 200) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder delivery and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of HOMES/HEEHR program delivery against the contract scope.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and budget, escalating risks as needed.
• Lead contractor network management and vendor oversight.
• Provide client-facing reporting and communications.
• Ensure compliance with DOE terms and 2 CFR 200.
• Support renewals, scope changes, and business development.
