Job summary

APTIM Energy Transitions seeks a Project Analyst to support HOMES and HEEHR programs in Austin, focusing on program design, reporting, and data analytics. You will work with DOE guidance, develop executive summaries, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve timeliness and quality of outputs.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of independent work and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years’ program/project management in energy programs or admin oversight.
Ability to summarize large data and develop executive summaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

Support administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects.
Develop reporting aligned with DOE requirements and leadership insights.
Streamline processes with Operations Manager and program leadership.
Perform QA/QC of program processes and protocols and propose improvements.
Assist in contract management, reporting and tracking performance metrics.
Support resolution of program operation issues and provide project management support.
Lead or support project management activities with tools and meetings.
