Job summary

APTIM Energy Transitions in North Carolina is seeking a Project Analyst to support HOMES and HEEHR programs, providing technical and administrative support and leading data reporting. You will manage program design alignment with DOE guidance, perform QA/QC, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to improve timeliness, quality, and outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ program/project management experience related to energy program management, implementation, or administrative oversight.
• Ability to identify complex problems and review information to develop options and implement solutions.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and interpret information to proceed with appropriate actions.
• Self-starter with ability to manage time, work independently and prioritize projects.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to locations based on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team ensuring administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.
• Develop reporting that aligns with DOE requirements and provides leadership insights to improve operations.
• Create and streamline processes to reduce effort and improve timeliness, predictability and quality of outputs.
• Conduct QA/QC of program processes and protocols, offering improvements and recommendations.
• Support contract management, including reporting and tracking program performance and metrics.
• Lead or support project management activities by providing project management tools and facilitating meetings.
