Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of direct project or program management experience, ideally managing complex technical lifecycles.
• Industry knowledge in interconnect or high-speed connector industry preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to build professional relationships.
• Capable of performing under pressure and resolving conflicts with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven with strong commitment to meeting targets and program excellence.
• Proficient with PM software, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical link between customers and internal teams for end-to-end program delivery.
• Lead daily customer engagements and align status with expectations.
• Define program scope, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with Product Line Managers to develop strategic support plans.
• Consolidate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
• Provide regular updates to management and escalate risks as needed.
