Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an Industrial Engineer for the Nashua, NH High Speed Backplane team. You will support operations plans, cost analyses, and process improvements in a high‑volume environment.

Requirements: BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Engineering and 3–5 years of experience; strong Excel and CAD skills (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Creo); excellent problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Eng is preferred.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel/CAD skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Plans, Assembly Line Rationalization, CAPEX, and manpower projections.
• Conduct Cost Benefit Analysis and compare in-house vs vendor costs.
• Perform competitive analysis and estimate process and cost implications.
• Identify gaps between predicted vs actual cost and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with design/marketing and management; travel to sites as needed.
