Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Background in process engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CAD tools.
• FMEA, SPC, Fishbone Analysis, and Pareto charts knowledge a plus.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations plans, line rationalization, CAPEX, and manpower projections.
• Assist in NPIs and product modifications; align with marketing forecasts.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and compare in-house vs vendor costs.
• Perform competitive analysis by reverse engineering competitor products.
• Conduct gap analysis and optimize parameters; evaluate cost and process.
• Support second sourcing and supply chain geo-diversity.
• Quantify process implications of stamping, plating, molding, assembly, etc.
• Troubleshoot design for manufacturability and line bottlenecks.
• Recommend design changes to reduce cost and improve function.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and management; occasional travel.
