Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment; process engineering preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CAD tools experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan operations, assemble lines, and capital expenditure; support NPIs and forecasts.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses; compare in-house vs vendor costs and materials.
• Perform competitive analysis and process optimization; troubleshoot manufacturability.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and management; travel to domestic and foreign sites.
