Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior program manager to drive delivery of complex technology initiatives within the Aetna Enterprise Delivery team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The role will oversee Scrum events, coach teams, manage backlogs, and align with business and technology stakeholders to advance the product roadmap.

You will lead programs with $10M+ budgets, mentor Project Managers, and coordinate across senior leaders to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years managing and developing teams of Project Managers or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• 2+ years of budget planning, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office, work management platforms and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with budgets of $10M+ including multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Drive planning activities and develop reports to track progress.
• Ensure delivery artifacts are created and updated over time.
• Interface with senior leaders across the company to communicate status.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitor multiple project lifecycles and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resource planning.
• Facilitate cross-project communication and risk mitigation.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts.
