Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is seeking a seasoned program manager who can lead Agile initiatives and drive complex technology programs in the Commercial segment. The role involves coaching teams, backlog management, and aligning with product roadmaps.

You will partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to deliver results, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leaders. A background in healthcare technology and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Agile, cross-functional project teams.
• 5+ years in program delivery within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years managing teams of PMs and Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budget planning and forecasting.
• 2+ years using office/work management tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with budgets of $10M+ and multiple projects.
• Oversee Agile practices and cross-functional resources.
• Plan activities, agendas, reports, and tracking for teams.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Communicate with senior leaders across the company.
• Track timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with project leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Define resources and maintain support for goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and forecasts.
