Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an accomplished leader for the Aetna Enterprise Delivery team in the United States. The role drives delivery on complex technology initiatives, coaching teams, and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap through backlog management and milestones.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Agile, program management, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of delivering large-scale programs in matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Agile, cross-functional project management.
• 5+ years delivering programs in large, matrixed orgs.
• 2+ years mentoring Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office suites and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Manage Agile practice resources and contractors as well as matrixed members of a project team.
• Lead planning activities, develop agendas and material, and produce reports for tracking initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interface with Senior leaders from across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with partners to meet objectives.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and raise issues requiring resolution.
• Manage projects using CVS agile methodology and other PM practices.
• Coordinate day-to-day progress with project leads and owners to address challenges.
• Interface with other projects to manage dependencies and cross-functional work.
• Define and acquire necessary resources with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecast activities.
