Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is seeking a high-energy leader to drive delivery on major initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will coach teams, manage backlogs, and partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to advance the product roadmap.

The role requires strong program management, hands-on Scrum facilitation, and metrics-driven governance, with direct reports and cross-team collaboration to improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams, to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite and related tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Lead planning activities and develop agendas, materials, and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and maintained.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and raise issues for resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and day-to-day progress.
• Resource planning and quarterly forecast participation.
