Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ and large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project-team members.
• Lead planning activities, develop agendas and reporting.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated over time.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with partners to meet objectives.
• Monitor multiple project lifecycles and raise issues for resolution.
• Coordinate with other leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Acquire resources to support project goals and sustain momentum.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status.
