Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Agile, cross-functional project teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years delivering programs within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years developing teams of Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office suites and budget tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with budgets of $10M+ and multiple large projects.
• Coordinate Agile resources, contractors, and matrixed teams.
• Plan meetings, develop agendas, and produce tracking reports.
• Ensure deliverables are created and maintained as projects grow.
• Communicate status to Senior leaders across the company.
• Track timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methodology and PM practices.
• Collaborate with project leads to address risks and challenges.
• Resource forecasting and quarterly forecasting activities.
