Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in account management with client relationship responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to complete RFPs.
• Knowledge of contracting processes and ability to route SOW/POs/IOs.
• Experience with healthcare services or similar fields is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to prioritize across time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily client contact to ensure delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Gathers information for internal resources and supports renewal processes.
• Coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients; monitors performance.
• Develops activity/status reports and invoicing; creates financial/performance analyses.
• Contributes to account management strategy and revenue-growth recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
