Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Sr Director, Program Management to lead a team of Directors/PMs and oversee client programs and deliverables. You’ll mentor staff, drive planning and execution, and align cross‑functional groups to meet KPIs, SLAs, and strategic initiatives.

You will foster process improvements, collaborate with finance and operations for profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies while expanding client relationships and delivering high‑quality program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of direct experience working with clients and managing staff.
• Operational processes and best practices in pharmaceutical reimbursement operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships with new/existing clients ensuring all major deliverables within their team.
• Responsible for hiring, mentoring, developing goals, providing feedback and/or discipline, professional development and annual performance reviews for a staff of 3-5 Directors, Program Manager(s) and/or Lead, Program Manager(s).
• Collaborate with program management, product and IT to ensure project/brand implementation occurs and launch dates are met, improve internal processes to ensure the team and organization are working effectively and efficiently to reach the same common goal by facilitating client solutions for complex programs including assisting in developing and improving operational process flows and SOPs.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and the development of objectives and policies for the business unit. Provide consistent oversight and subject‑matter expertise to ensure operational compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures.
• Manage portfolio profitability by working with finance and VP, Operations to ensure accurate billing and staffing on a monthly basis.
• Provide ongoing client contact and support to ensure complete client satisfaction by creating and delivering action plans to address service‑related issues.
