Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead pharmaceutical client programs, plan strategy, and optimize operations across staff and processes. You will coordinate scheduling, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure program success.

The role requires strong leadership, process redesign experience, and ability to drive improvements in patient access and care outcomes across client contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare industry with leadership experience.
• Experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve call center operations; monitor performance and drive action plans.
• Establish and report KPIs related to patient access per contract/SOW.
• Screen candidates, hire, and develop departmental staff.
• Collaborate with training to deliver measurable onboarding and on-the-spot training.
• Support escalation handling and client program execution across departments.
• Prepare agendas and content for client meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Contribute to program expansion and process improvement as needed.
