Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Program Management in the United States to oversee key client relationships and drive successful messaging solutions across accounts.

You will manage day-to-day client contact, guide RFPs and SOWs, coordinate program setup, and deliver status reports and invoicing. The role requires 3–5 years in account management, RFP expertise, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in account management with client relationship responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to complete RFPs.
• Experience with contracting processes and routing SOWs/POs/IOs.
• Broad healthcare marketing knowledge, especially affordability products.
• Working knowledge of MLR (Med-Legal Review).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize across time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manages highly responsive day-to-day client contact for excellent delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Gathers information for RFPs/SOWs and coordinates with approvers; supports renewal input.
• Coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients and monitors performance.
• Develops account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing; analyzes data for actions.
• Contributes to account management strategy and growth initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
