Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an innovative leader to drive delivery on critical technology initiatives within the Commercial Segment. The role requires strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to execute in a high-demand environment.

The position oversees Scrum events, mentors teams, supports the product roadmap, and ensures cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Business, and Operations. It emphasizes measurement of progress and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, work management platforms, and budget management tools to drive operational efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Lead Agile practice resources and contractors and matrixed team members.
• Drive planning activities, develop agendas and reports, track initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interface with Senior leaders from all areas of the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles via project plans and deadlines; raise issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and inter-project alignment.
• Resource planning and quarterly forecast participation; manage budgets.
