Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy from planning to delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with SQL (and Access).
• 5+ years experience in business roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business and technical teams.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about customer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute location and format-driven selection strategies using competitor benchmarking, capacity inputs, sales analysis, and market data to inform market-specific selection across banners, online and in-store.
• Drive automation and leverage AI tools to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate program updates with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver results in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
