Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Worldwide Grocery Stores Strategy and Business Planning in Austin, TX. You will support long-term growth, coordinate annual planning, and drive cross-functional programs across leadership and teams.

The role focuses on collecting and analyzing data for growth initiatives, maintaining programs and frameworks to measure progress, and contributing to recommendations for future growth across the grocery business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize annual planning and business reporting processes; maintain documentation and support executive leadership reviews
• Manage organizational goals: support goal-setting, track progress, coordinate updates, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Assist in business review meetings by gathering data and inputs, and helping prepare narrative documents for leadership
• Support the Strategic Business Planning team by collecting data and insights, maintaining tracking mechanisms, and contributing to analysis that informs enterprise strategy execution
• Conduct analyses of business trends using established frameworks; gather relevant consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic data to support decision-making
• Create clear project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Build effective working relationships across the organization, including with senior and executive leadership
