Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for WWGS to lead cross-functional programs supporting One Grocery.

You will build scalable tools, optimize processes, and align Central Selection, Insights, Trade Planning, and Vendor Experience to local grocery selection and efficient operations. You will partner with product and tech teams to create data-driven decision tools, define requirements for centralized project intake, and drive continuous improvement across tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create, scale, and optimize business processes across teams to enhance efficiency.
• Streamline development processes to support selection, trade execution, and vendor management.
